The user’s panoramas, photographs, project files, thumbnails, working files, metadata files, and local file paths remain on the user’s device or in a storage location selected by the user.

5. Google account connection
A360 Tour Studio may allow the user to connect a Google account through the OAuth 2.0 authorization process.
Connecting a Google account is voluntary. The Application requests only the permissions necessary to provide functions selected by the user.

The use of Google services is also subject to the applicable Google terms, policies, technical requirements, and content rules.

Publication processing, moderation, indexing, visibility, navigation, and presentation are controlled by Google and may change independently of A360 Tour Studio.
10. Deleting content from Google
Where the Application provides a deletion function, selected panoramas may be removed from the connected Google account after explicit confirmation by the user.
Deleting a panorama may be irreversible. The user should keep a local backup of all panoramas and metadata before initiating deletion.
The user is responsible for verifying which panoramas have been selected. A360.PL sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the loss of materials resulting from a deletion operation explicitly confirmed by the user, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
